NEXQUANT

Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 August 2026

These terms govern access to and use of NexQuant, a trading analytics and journaling platform. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

01Service publisher

NexQuant is published by Adrien Viet (Sole proprietorship (micro-entreprise, France)). SIREN: To be confirmed. SIRET: To be confirmed. Intra-community VAT: To be confirmed. Registered address: To be confirmed.

Publication director: Adrien Viet. Contact: contact@nxquant.co.

02Nature of the service

NexQuant lets you record, import, and analyze a personal trading history. The service provides statistics, visualizations, and automatically generated summaries computed from your own data.

NexQuant is an analysis and tracking tool. The service provides no investment advice, no personalized buy or sell recommendation, and no trading signal to execute.

03No investment advice

The statistics, scores, insights, and summaries produced by NexQuant are generated automatically from your own historical data. They describe the past and guarantee no future result.

Trading carries a risk of capital loss. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences.

04Account

Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to create an account on behalf of a third party without authorization.

05Plans and billing

NexQuant offers several paid subscription plans, billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen option. Current prices are displayed on the site before any subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe. NexQuant never stores your card details: they are transmitted directly to Stripe and processed under its own terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled before the end of the current period.

06Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing area. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. NexQuant does not offer automatic or pro-rata refunds as a general commercial policy.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at NexQuant's discretion.

A detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy is available and forms part of these Terms.

07Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law. Where a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation applies to you, NexQuant respects it.

NexQuant is a digital service that may be made available immediately after subscription. Depending on your applicable law, starting the service immediately may require your express request and may affect a statutory withdrawal right. [TO COMPLETE — LEGAL VALIDATION REQUIRED: exact wording and any express acknowledgement needed to lawfully start the service immediately and to reflect its effect on the withdrawal right].

08Service availability

NexQuant strives to keep the service continuously available, without guaranteeing the total absence of interruptions. Maintenance or update operations may cause temporary unavailability.

Some features depend on third-party services (hosting, payment processing, automated analysis services) whose unavailability is beyond NexQuant's control.

09Data ownership

Your trading data belongs to you. NexQuant processes it to provide you the service and does not sell it to third parties.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data. The procedure is described in the privacy policy.

10Changes to these terms

These terms may evolve. In case of a substantial change, users with an active account will be informed.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

Competent jurisdiction in case of dispute: To be confirmed. Nothing here deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
