This policy explains what data NexQuant collects, why, where it is stored, and what rights you can exercise.
01Data controller

02Data collected
Account data: email address, display name, password (stored as a hash by our authentication provider, never in plain text).
Trading data: the trades you enter or import (instrument, dates and times, direction, result, notes and associated fields), as well as the trading accounts you create in the app.
Billing data: subscribed plan, subscription status, and technical identifiers provided by Stripe. Your card details never pass through our servers and are never stored by NexQuant.
Technical data: session information and activity timestamps required for the operation and security of the service.
03Purposes
Provide the service: authentication, storage of your history, computation of the statistics and summaries displayed in the app.
Manage subscriptions: payment processing, application of the entitlements tied to your plan, billing.
Ensure the security and integrity of the service, and prevent abusive use.
04Processors and hosting
Supabase: Database hosting and authentication (account, trading accounts, trades). Location: European Union (Ireland, eu-west-1).
Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management. Card details never pass through our servers. Location: Ireland / United States (Stripe Payments Europe).
Resend: Transactional emails (welcome email, account notifications). Location: European Union (eu-west-1).
Anthropic: Automated analysis service (Ask NX / Coach): generates some text summaries from the trading data sent with each request. Location: United States.
Vercel: Web application hosting. Location: United States (Vercel Inc.) — global edge network.
05Isolation of your data
Each user only accesses their own data. This separation is enforced at the database level (Row Level Security), not merely in the interface.
Your trading data is never shared with other users, nor sold to third parties.
06Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.

08Cookies and local storage
NexQuant uses browser storage to keep your session authenticated and remember certain display preferences (selected period, view options).
See our dedicated Cookie Policy for details. If non-essential (analytics/advertising) cookies are ever introduced, a prior consent mechanism will be provided.
09Security
Exchanges with the service are encrypted in transit. Privileged access keys are kept server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.
